Description

Vancomycin SDV 1g/20mL is a potent glycopeptide antibiotic presented as a sterile powder in a single-dose glass flip-top vial. This formulation is intended for intravenous use and is effective against a wide range of Gram-positive bacterial infections, including those caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Vancomycin acts by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to cell lysis and death.

The product is supplied as a sterile lyophilized powder that requires reconstitution and further dilution prior to administration.
