The Monocryl Plus Suture provides excellent handling and ease of knotting, ensuring secure closures during surgery. The material used in the suture is designed to absorb quickly, with a loss of 50-60% of its tensile strength within one week. This rapid loss of tensile strength is ideal for surgeries that do not require long-term support from sutures.
