Spiral Suture, PDO, Double Armed, USP 0, 30 mm x 30 mm, is a synthetic absorbable suture designed for efficient tissue approximation and secure wound closure. Constructed from polydioxanone (PDO), the suture exhibits excellent tensile strength retention and controlled hydrolytic absorption. 

The spiral design features unidirectional barbs along the monofilament suture, providing enhanced tissue grip without requiring knots. This barbed configuration ensures uniform tension distribution across the wound, improving wound edge apposition and minimizing localized stress points. 

Equipped with double-armed 30 mm needles, the suture allows for precise and symmetrical closure in various surgical procedures.
